How NOT to invest in Real Estate!

Here’s a short video that describes how NOT to invest in real estate. How, do you say? By NOT investing in single-family rentals and instead investing in multifamily (apartments). There are so many reasons why investing in apartments makes sense over starting with single-family housing.

In this video, I break that down and reveal the reasons why that’s the case. This is especially true for busy professionals who want to get involved in real estate investing but don’t have the time do so.
